Ice Cream Truck Wars
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. That old line sounds so sweet and innocent, but the ice cream truck business is no place for the weak. Mister Softee, The Good Humor Man and the like battle for turf harder than most drug rings all over the city. The New York Times wrote an article on the industries beef which just reminds me of the classic flik “Ice Cream Man“, starring the hardest working man in showbiz Clint Howard (Opie’s Brother). Remember next time you are ordering your cone of soft serve that many of mens blood may have been spilled over the right to sell it to you.
