Coney Island Craft Lager
Brooklyn based Schmaltz Brewing Company is about to make beer a little freakier, with the introduction of three Coney Island Craft Lagers featuring familiar members freaks from Coney Island on the labels. Schmaltz is one of those great local brewers that has found a niche in the market through their sense of humor and odd marketing techniques. Just take their He’Brew beer that takes a cliche and over the top, Jewish themed approach to selling itself as “The Chosen Beer”. The new beers will feature the Sword Swallower, Human Blockhead and Snake Charmer on the bottles. According to the brewer the suds, that can now be found cropping up in bars around NYC, will be available nationwide at the end of this month.
