First I told you about the gas powered snowboard, and now this, a summer snowboard. I’m not sure, but I think the lack of snow makes this name fraudulent. However, if you can’t get enough of hitting the powder in the winter, you might want to check out the rugged, all terrain ‘360‘ summer snowboard by Francesco Sommacal. Sommacal set out to redefine extreme skateboarding through innovative design. The ‘360′ works by the rider putting their feet into the center openings of two wheels. The rider then steers the board by shifting their body weight forward or backward. Sommacal’s hope is the design will give snowboarders an alternative for practicing in the snow-less summer months.
