Jeff Koons x High Line

With High Line park in full swing, it may only be missing one thing. At least according to balloon dog artist Jeff Koons that one thing is a giant locomotive suspended from a crane. Swaying in the wind, “occasionally spinning its wheels, sounding its horn and blowing steam” this might just be what the High Line needs to scare the tourist away and bring it back to it’s former glory.
